Luxurious Townhome W/3 Master Suites gated Parking

Positive: The area was great close to Universal's.Bed's where super comfy. All three bed rooms were suits with good size bathroom plus an extra restroom down stairs. Negative: It was a horrible start.The google maps sent me down the street.Then we got there we opened the door with the code that was provided, there was a couple there that were not the friendliness telling me it was my problem to figure it out that they have been there for weeks and that the host told them they were good to stay longer. The lady got crazy with me and gave me the boot. literally started looking for hotels for 20 mins before I seen the cleaning lady across the way.She contacted the owner which said she should of just told me the truth. She just said there was a mix up.But it was obvious she had already talked to the previous renters and let them extend thier stay .I have rented plenty of other times and it always went smoothly so this was traumatizing. I hope the host learns from this experience of what not to do the next time.The place is nice and tucked away with gates. So I would of gone back but not sure after that experience. Over all the host was nice.

Excellent accommodations. Very clean. Great location. We enjoyed our stay.

The only somewhat large annoyance was the front gate only allows 1 person to register, and additionally if you already use the myQ app, it will not allow you to register an additional email/user account (no fault of the hosts but it did make it very irritating). This made it inconvenient, as I had to use a second phone to install the app to unlock the front gate.The hosts were thoughtful and brought deterrgent too in case we might need it. However, there was a lack of body washes/soaps for the showers. All very minor inconveniences. Would stay again.

We wanted to be central of everything and this place fit the bill on all levels
